Day 665

Feel dizzy.

Actually, feel very dizzy.  Light headed.

Fart.

(Sigh).

Stretch arms above head.

Stretch arms out to side.

Stretch head and neck to right.

Stretch head and neck to left.

Lean head forward and stretch.

(Sigh).

Check emails.

Business meeting confirmed for 9.30.  Must research this mob and work out partnership opportunities.

Google.

Hmmm.. Interesting.

Dizzy.

Write notes.

Back to emails.

Email from Mr Publisher.  Promises final mock-ups by end of week.  Yeah, yeah.  Promises, promises.  Return email "thanks".

Check diary.

Busy day. Back to back.

Grab client notes for mid-morning client.  She's had a set-back.  How will we move her forward past this little challenge?

Drum fingers on table top. Chew pencil.

I know! How about we use Suzie Welch's 10-10-10 technique.  Yep.  Noted.

Turn on the jug.  Careful not to wake up family.

Stand in kitchen on one leg and stretch.

Other leg.

Bend forward and touch toes.  Ouch.  My body is so deep fried.  Crack.

Pour myself a green tea.

Grab an apple.

(Crunch.)

Sit back down.

Dizzy.

Check notes for lunch time client.  Project management.  She has changed course.  Hmmm.  Must switch mindset.  Can I see her vision?

Close eyes.  Picture what she is seeing?

(Sigh)

Mindset adjustment can be tricky.

More visualisation. Write notes.

Fart.

(Crunch.)

Open up Deep Fried Fruit.
