Day 1568 - The Jog

I think I may have started my fitness campaign ...

So last week I started with the sit-ups, plank, stretches, stair runs and all that other "I can exercise in 4 minutes" stuff, then promptly forgot about it all as I headed to the coast and went splat for three days.  Then yesterday, Husband, Son and I went out into the searing Canberra temperatures to shoot some hoops and run up and down an outdoor basketball court.  What the hell were we thinking?  Last night I went to bed wearing my exercise gear and after a completely sleepless night (perhaps those special exercising basketball endorphins had kicked in) I headed out with the iPod at dawn for some interval training.  It was a simple walk/jog scenario (with a whole lot more walk than jog) over a measly 1.5km but it was a start.

Yep. I think I may have started my fitness campaign.
