Day 1624 - Laugh your way to fitness

It turns out that keeping fit IS a laughing matter!

According to a paper published in the Journal of Women's Health around ten years ago (yes, I'm a bit slow on the uptake), laughing 100 times is the equivalent to ten minutes on a rowing machine or fifteen minutes on an exercise bike.  Are you kidding me? Nope .. it's no joke.  But it should be. I'd much rather laugh myself to fitness... wouldn't you?
