Day 1751 - Healthy breakfast juice

It's time to get fancy ....


Eating three serves of fruit a day doesn't have to be boring.  Turn it into an event! 

Every morning I've been mixing up a banana, kiwi fruit, lemon and berries into a resort style concoction that is not only good for me but makes me feel special.  The trick is to use frozen berries so that you get that refreshing chill component into your brekky mocktail.  There's nothing worse than drinking warm juice! I also drink my juice from a cocktail glass to give me that feeling of a summer holiday as I huddle up in front of the nearest heater vent in my Uggs and scarf. It works.  Helps to create that "every day's a sunny day" attitude.  Plus it's super duper healthy! Which is important when you're Deep Fried ...
