Day 1849 - Running

I hate running

It's that simple. My knees hate it, my lungs hate it and I hate it.

I know, I know ... hate is a strong word. But it's a fact.  Running is not my friend.

I always thought that to get the benefits of running you needed to run for a good distance and for longer time periods.  Apparently not!

The latest research shows that people who run for as little as five minutes a day live an average of three years longer than those who don't run at all.

Five minutes!! 

I think I could do five minutes.
