Day 1871 - Metabolism Boosters

I recently read how studies suggest eating spicy food raises your metabolism by up to 50 percent for three hours after you've eaten. Interesting! The faster your metabolism runs the more calories you burn.  The more you burn, the easier it is to lose weight. So perhaps we need to eat a few chilies before our next exercise session!

Warning: You've got to make sure the spicy food you've chosen to eat is healthy or you'll put on weight instead.  Coz I hear that metabolism thing can work in reverse too.
