Day 2058 - Kings Wharf in Sydney

On this Wordless Wednesday I give you boats.

When in Sydney earlier this week, we took a pre-breakfast stroll to the waterfront to check out the fabulous boats.  So majestic as they sat moored to the docks.  So much texture and character.

Have you marvelled at a boat lately?

  1. It's a lovely place to check out the boats I know. We are now, at least for this year, living on the bay in the Central Coast and I see boats of the smaller kinds each day. I have even had a go at sketching one. Love the way water attracts us! Denyse

  2. Oh I love boats! I marvelled at lots of boats in Tasmania. I saw some beautiful ones in Hobart and again in Strahan and of course I see loads of them here where I live on Moreton Bay! :-)

    1. We did! But only hung around Darling Harbour. Even that bit was fun though.

  4. Snap - I gave you a boat too. I love Darling Harbour and yes I marveled at the Dragon boats when we paddled there in February. I like the old Navy ship and sub too and the ferries.
    Thanks for linking up.

  5. Love Boats and water...if we didn't have our motorhome I think we would love to live in a Houseboat!!!

There is something peaceful about living near the water, and watching sailing boats is our all time favorite. Sydney harbour is just beautiful, great pics :)
