Day 2150 - M-Ceutic Resurfacer Cream-Serum Product Review

Thalgo Laboratories introduces their new cosmeceutical brand M-Ceutic

You'll remember me praising Thalgo previously for their super duper anti-aging foundation.

Well a couple of world-renowned dermatologists having been working with Thalgo Laboratories to create a new skincare range based on the principle of Mesotherapy.

What is Mesotherapy?  No idea.  But it sounds fancy.

The brand is called M-Ceutic and offers both a professional treatment and a prescriptive homecare range.

OK, so M-Ceutric's has this posh formula that boosts cell metabolism to preserve the skin's youthful appearance plus some other complex that corrects severe imperfections and deep irregularities.  Basically it reconstructs optimal skin quality.

Thalgo products are really popular in Australia and the brand new M-Ceutic brand was actually launched globally right here in the land of Oz.

Currently the new M-Ceutric range includes:

  • M-Ceutic Intensive Peel which is a week long course that offers dual renovating powers for visible results within 7 days.  The peel is suited for skin with irregularities, unevenness, dilated pores and thick texture.
  • M-Ceutic Pro-Renewal Cleanser which thoroughly cleans while also treating those imperfections.
  • M-Ceutic Resurfacer Cream-Serum which is a cream/serum hybrid that corrects irregularities and restores radiance.  It even reduces scaring!
  • M-Ceutic Normaliser Cream-Serum which rebalances the skin.
  • M-Ceutic Detox Regenerator to clarify the complexion and restore brightness
  • M-Ceutic Pro-Regulator Makeup Remover which doesn't just get rid of the makeup but targets those imperfections at the same time.
The lovely PR peeps sent me the M-Ceutic Resurfacer Cream-Serum to try and I was immediately impressed with the packaging. FANCY!

It kind of looks like a cross between a syringe and a test tube which just screams "I was created in a laboratory by very smart medical type people in white coats".

I also love the texture of the cream-serum.  It's not as thick as a cream nor as oily as a serum.  It's a lovely milky balance between the two.

It has a very light almost non-existent scent. Slightly floral to give that sense of a beauty product without it being overpowering.

My skin afterwards feels soft and silky without that feeling of too much residue.

It's highly concentrated so a little bit goes a long way.

As for the results, well, only time will tell.  I do have quite a few little spots, scars and other irregularities on my face and neck.  So we'll see!

I guess you'll just have to keep an eye out for my selfies to see if I have in fact been renovated!

The new M-Ceutic range was released in Australia this month and is available at leading salons and spas nationwide
