Day 2352 - The Drawing Room at Crace

#FoodPorn

The Drawing Room Grilled Haloumi salad with zucchini spaghetti, roast potato, pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, salad leaf, sunflower seeds, green herb pine nut pesto and grilled chicken fillet.

I'm still only on limited blogging duties this week on account of the damn fibro.  It's seriously knocking me around.  So today I'm just giving you food.

During this fibromyalgia attack I have made sure to schedule one thing a day that requires me to get up and get dressed, because the key to surviving fibromyalgia is remaining active through it. Otherwise I may never get up again.

Tuesday I took the hubster shopping for a new suit for his birthday (I think we can safely call this his birthday suit), yesterday I had a client and today I had lunch with a friend.

So for the purposes of blogging I'm giving you my lunch because that's all I've got to give today.

If you are a Canberran can I strongly suggest you visit the Drawing Room in Crace.

It's a great little spot in the north Canberra burbs surrounded by window boxes, a woody interior and a fun menu.

Even this non-foodie can find something to get excited about.

Crispy calamari strips with sumac spice, mixed cabbage salad, mango lime and fresh lemon

A lovely selection of teas and cupcakes

A Mars Bar cheesecake that is TO DIE FOR!
If the selection of desserts wasn't appealing enough, The Drawing Room is literally five minute from my house which makes it even more desirable for this Deep Fried chick.

You can find The Drawing Room on the corner of Abena Avenue and Galore Streets, Crace (just off the Barton Highway).
