Day 2807 - The Lovin Life Linky - Blue Sky Day

Blue skies smilin' at me

Saying hi to my feathered friends as I wander around our local lake

I'm going to keep it simple this week and just say that I love a blue sky day.

That's it.  There's  nothing else.

Just blue sky ...

Blue skies smilin' at me

Nothing but blue skies, do I see
Blue days all of them gone
Nothin' but blue skies from now on

- Willie Nelson -

No matter what, we can always find something to love.

What are you lovin' about life this week?

Are you a blue sky enthusiast?

  1. I do love a blue sky day too Leanne. This song brings back memories - we had it at the end of Mum's memorial service. She had been through so much suffering, we hope we sent her off into never-ending blue skies! :) xox

  2. Blue skies are the best! I've been trying to wash my bed linen and hang it outside for a few days now! Today's the day, the sky is blue! Yay!

  5. You are so right, I don't know how I would cope living in England or somewhere that has a lot of grey skies and rain!

  6. There's nothing like a clear blue sky in the middle of winter. It brightens everything up!

  9. I started singing as soon as I read the words. Thank you for reminder (learned via my meditation teacher on Headspace Andy Puddicombe) that no matter if we cannot always see the blue sky, if you rise above the clouds, it's always there!!

  11. This late Winter has given us lots of blue skies when we should have had rain clouds. In WA the rain has finally arrived over the last couple of days and feels strange to hearing it pounding on the roof after such a long Autumn.

  12. Nothing wrong with short and simple and I love blue skies as well. I was looking at the sky yesterday with my 3 year old grandson and we just were in awe of how blue and clear it was. I love Winter in Queensland - clear skies and so blue! Have a great week Leanne.

  13. Yay for blue skies, it makes such a difference to my mood to see that bright and shiny sun. I don't mind if it rains but I hate that cold grey that we sometimes get in Victoria. Thanks for the link up x

  14. I actually like stormy weather as long as I don't have outside commitments and can be happily ensconced inside! But blue skies are kinda pretty and I just went on a midday winter's walk which was lovely.

  15. Oh yes I'm definitely a blue skies kind of girl! I feel much happier with the world when the sun is shining and the sky is blue. I love your swan photo. :) #TeamLovinLife

  17. This is really lovely to see these feathers in the water. Thanks for sharing the update that will be much helpful for us to have an idea to spend vacation on the same place.
