Travel

Explore the world - it keeps you young!

As a family we make it a priority to travel.  Travel opens the mind, nurtures the heart, feeds the brain, awakens the spirit and helps us to feel younger.

This page provides a quick reference point to some of my most recent travel destinations.  Feel free to browse the links and view the photos.  It may just inspire you to undertake some travel of your own!

Travel really does help us to age positively.

SINGAPORE

My son was selected to play soccer for an under 13s Australian Coerver team in April 2016.  It was with much excitement and pride that I accompanied him on his trip. Singapore is clean, tidy, green and beautiful. It is also very hot!

ARUBA

Aruba is not normally a spot that Aussies would visit, but my husband's work was sending him there, so I wasn't going to say no!  Aruba is literally a desert island and has the most turquoise water I have ever seen. I can see why the Caribbean is so popular with Americans.

MIAMI

We only got to spend two nights in Miami but we made the most of it with some exercise around South Miami Beach and a lovely tour of the BIGGEST art gallery I've ever seen.
