Day 1192 - Summer excess

Well, the diet didn't work.

Today's breakfast
 I guess it may have if I'd stuck to it.  You'll recall I was going on a big health kick in mid November to prepare myself for summer and Christmas.  You can read about it here. I was blabbing on about chia seeds, yogurt, fruit and soup.  Yeah well, that lasted about two weeks before the festivities kicked in and it all went out the window! I weighed in at just under 70kg back then, and I weigh the exact same now.  Shit. Stupid pizza, ham, chocolates and champagne. Oh well, at least I didn't gain any weight.  Back to basics now though! I'll be picking those chia seeds out of my teeth again as I try to shed some fat before my New York trip in less than a month. I have a suit I need to squeeze into ...

At least with this heat your more inclined to eat the fresh fruit and salads than hardy heavy casseroles and pastas etc. My brother bought me weight watcher scales for Xmas - that was enough of a hint that maybe I need to swap the pizza for salads! Except I had pizza last night for dinner and Ill be having leftover pizza for lunch today ... Im pretty sure healthy eating doesnt start until at least February anyways :)
