Day 1399 - Fibromyalgia
Winter is not the best season for fibromyalgia, that's for sure.
The aching increases in the colder months to a point it can take over your whole body. Right now it's my back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs. fingers and face. The only part not affected are my toes. It's not excruciating, just a dull throb over my back and a dull ache everywhere else. The neck and shoulders have a pain that is slightly higher than "dull". You would think lying down would be a good thing, but the body is too sore to lay on it. Which makes for an interesting conundrum when the fatigue sets in because that's when laying down is your only option! Yep, winter is not the best season for fibromyalgia that's for sure. Bring on spring!
