As I sit back at my desk in Canberra after another weekend of sun, surf and sand at the coast, I examine my navel and ponder on the challenges that we have faced with the Cheer Chick Charlie brand. Armed with my word of the year, I make today all about turning those challenges into opportunities by creating solutions to each and every road block that has restricted our forward movement in the last three months.
Today there are no problems, only solutions. I've just got to find them ...
