Day 1645 - Energy Booster

A cold shower is no longer just a cure for teen boys to curb their urges.  It's also a great way for us Deep Fried folk to boost our energy and become more alert.  Scientists have discovered that exposing our bodies to cold water releases endorphins and improves circulation and blood flow to the brain and also boosts our body's oxygen intake. So diving into an autumn ocean, jumping into your neighbours pool or freezing your bits and pieces off in a cold shower is a great alternative to that latte you just ordered.  It will certainly invigorate you! Oh, and as an added bonus, it helps to tame frizzy hair.  Winning!
