Day 1748 - Quick arm exercises

Got bat wings or tuck-shop lady arms?

To be fit and fabulous in our 40s it helps to get rid of the flibby flabby jelly moulds that sometimes appear under our arms as we age.  Michelle Obama has just turned 50 and her arms are rockin! Apparently we can all get these awesome arms if we do just do 15 of these exercises each day.  Grab a weight (or even a water bottle) in each hand and extend arms overhead, palms facing in.  Bend the elbows lowering the weights behind the head, then extend the arms back up high and repeat 15 times.  Yep, it's really that easy to stay fit and fabulous in middle age.  Woot!
