Day 1765 - Chewing Gum during a work out

Get ridiculously thirsty during a work out?

For many of us the whole dry mouth thing can make doing a workout even more unpleasant than it already is.  And if you're with a PT then you know you can't keep stopping for drinks because you just get in trouble for "avoidance tactics". So chew gum instead! I mean, you still need to hydrate regularly, but in between drinks chewing gum can be a great dry mouth preventer.


  1. What a clever idea! I chew so much gum throughout the day... either that or I'd just eat constantly!!! :-)

  2. I didn't know exactly this very good feature of chewing a gum while helping out us from being thirsty. I had a bit problem of having a dry mouth while I'm working lately and here I got the perfect solution. As a professional article write at persuasive writing company I must work for a little extra time, sometimes due to some heavy work load and then I could make use of chewing gum to keep my mouth running out thirsty. Thanks for the share.
