Day 1863 - Get rid of bloating

Then pick potassium-rich foods. 

Potassium helps to regulate the balance of fluid in the body.  High-potassium foods include bananas, rock melon, mangoes, spinach, tomatoes, nuts and asparagus.  The asparagus has the bonus of the amino acid called "asparagine" that acts as a diuretic to flush excess fluid out of the system.  Information source: Harper's Bazaar

So if you're feeling bloated all the time, perhaps try adding a few of these foods to your diet.

Tip: A great way to eat asparagus is to pan fry it in a small amount of olive oil along with some broccolini. Add some peri peri seasoning to give it some wow factor.  Makes for a great lunch.
