Sick of messy fry pans?
Baking paper is not new. We use it all the time in the oven when baking a cake, or cookies, or roast vegetables, but have you ever tried it in your fry pan? I have to admit that I never thought about it. Until I started buying chicken kebabs (chicken on a stick) and their sauce would get all sticky and the chicken would get tricky to manage and fall apart. So I started using baking paper in the fry pan. Magic! Also great when cooking eggs. Who would have thunk it?!
Yeah ... I'm a bit slow on the uptake sometimes ...
Why have I never thought of this before!?!
