Here in the land of Deep Fried Fruit I am always looking for ways to help us all feel fit and fabulous in our mid life. According to a study in the British Journal of Nutrition we can lose weight without dieting simply by adding some spice to our life. Yep, eating chillies is (apparently) a natural hunger suppressant and fills you up quicker. But more than that - scientists at the State University of New York at Buffalo found the capsaicin in chillies triggers the release of feel-good endorphins. So you can curb your hunger and feel fabulous all in one mouthful!
Buffalo wings anyone?

I love chilli I put chillies in everything from pasta to stir frys, and I admit I'm usually so full after dinner I don't have sweets so it must be true :)
