Playing Tetris can stop food cravings!
A study run by Plymouth University in the UK found that people who played Tetris for a few minutes at a time were able to curb cravings for a whole bunch of vices including food.
Apparently to crave something you've got to visualise it first and is so often the case when it comes to food you also imagine how it tastes and smells.
Playing games like Tetris blocks that imagery because you're concentrating so hard on what's in front of you that the cravings go away.
Don't reach for that donut! Play Tetris instead ...
