Day 2329 - How to have sweeter dreams

Imagine if there was a way to guarantee sweet dreams ...

Do you have scary dreams?

Do you wake up feeling agitated?

The University of Mannheim in Germany recently did research into how scent affects the emotional content of our dreams.

Researchers exposed 15 sleeping people to certain fragrances as soon as they'd reached the rapid eye movement (REM) stage of sleep.

Those that got to smell roses reported happier dreams than the rest.

So if you have trouble sleeping, or your dreams are full of monsters and witches, then it might be a good reason to buy yourself some flowers!

Or at least have some potpourri beside your bed or use rose scented body lotions.

We Deep Fried peeps need as much good quality sleep as we can get, so it's definitely worth checking out.

Roses in the bedroom - it may just be another way to help us all age positively!

  1. My dreams are so busy, sometimes I wake up feeling exhausted! I'm going to look into essential oils and a diffuser for sweet dreams (in every sense of the word!)
