Eat small to stay cool
If you're still experiencing the extreme heat of summer, then have a think about what you're eating. According to the Red Cross, it's better to eat smaller meals more often to avoid feeling overheated.
Even better is if those smaller meals are cold foods like salad and fruit.
Don't forget that on those mega heat days it's best to avoid tea, coffee, alcohol and fizzy sugar drinks as they make dehydration worse. Stick with water all the way.
