Enlighten 2017, 3-12 March
March is a great time to visit Canberra. It's festival time with Canberra's birthday bringing a host of wondrous things including the Canberra Balloon Spectacular, Skyfire and Enlighten.
What is Enlighten?
It's a festival of light where some of Canberra's most iconic buildings are lit up with architectural projections creating amazing canvasses.
Over ten nights Canberra's Parliamentary Triangle is transformed into a vibrant art precinct with live entertainment, food, roving artists, live bands and bars.
Start your night off in the daylight with something to eat, something to drink and a spot of entertainment.

Looks amazing and to think I could have been in Canberra this week with hubby. Thankfully though, given how much we both have on his business trip was postponed. He is off to Darwin on Tuesday. Hopefully the cyclone will be long gone before then.
ReplyDeleteOh that looks so pretty! I love festivals like this.
