This is going to be a very quick post because I'm dashing out the door shortly to jump on a plane for the Gold Coast.
No I won't be sunning myself nor drinking cocktails (I'll leave that post for next week) but will instead be spending three full days from dawn until late at the Aussie Gold Cheer and Dance Championships with a few
Could life get any better than that?
So the stuff I'm lovin' about life this week is:
- A husband who helps me accumulate Frequent Flyer points
- An aunt who lives on the Gold Coast and who gives me free accommodation and loan car
- A mum who travels with me to help manage the Cheer Chick Charlie stall
- Big suitcases to carry all my merchandise
- Australia Post who carted all my books to the Goldie ahead of me
- An escape from Canberra's sub zero temps
- Freshly painted toe nails in the hope I'll be wearing sandals
- The chance to sign lots of books
- An event in which to introduce the new magazine
- Grown up and fairly self sufficient kids who won't miss me too much while I'm gone.
- A crock-pot full of food to make me feel like I'm helping the hubster out before I depart
- The ability to schedule this post so it goes live around the time I'll be heading to the airport
What are you lovin' about life this week?
Got any frequent flyer points up your sleeve?
Any of my Gold Coast readers want to stop into the Convention Centre for a quick cuppa?

Sounds divine Leanne. I hope the weather stays warm for you. We have had the most gorgeous weather. I'm off to visit my daughter on the Sunshine Coast so will miss catching up with you. Maybe next time. :) #TeamLovinLife
ReplyDeleteOh, have a great time and I hope you sell stacks of book. (Don't forget we're gonna put an ad in my sidebar for your books at some point, though I realise my blog audience might not be your target audience!) I hope you have a great time at the Coast and then on your holiday! Yay!
ReplyDeleteSo close and yet so far! Can't believe you'll be on the Gold Coast - not too far from me - and I won't get to meet you in person. Still not well enough to venture far. Next time! Have a great time. I look forward to reading about it and seeing photo's! :-) #TeamLovinLife
ReplyDeleteSadly no frequent flyer points here! It is a bit chilly at the moment in mornings but I'm sure compared to Canberra winter you'll be moooore than fine!
ReplyDeleteIt all sounds fabulous! Have a great time and enjoy signing all those books - you'll be in your element and it will all be so upbeat and positive - what more could you ask for (and the added bonus of some sunshine)
ReplyDeleteSuper organised you :) Hope everything goes well and you have a super time signing books :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a fabulous time on the Gold Coast Leanne!
