The stuff that comforts me

Welcome to the 2nd Edition of "Pieces of Me"

The wind in my hair
The glasses I wear

A few weeks ago I launched "Pieces of Me", a pictorial view of my world to give you random snips inside my life.  Welcome to the 2nd edition where I show you the view through my ridiculously Dame Edna-esque glasses.

The glass star I was gifted over 25 years ago which came from a house so dear to my heart

The breakfast I ate

The road trip I took

The donations I'm collecting

The bangles I wear that each have meaning

The statue from Fiji
The candle I'm grateful for
The plant that surrounds them

The gift I was given with
The teacup I adore
The book that is "me" and the
Tea in a tin

The corner of my kitchen
The recipes we share
The meals we create

The iced latte I take with me

The coffee set I inherited

The entry way I'm decorating
The flowers I buy

The TV I fall asleep to

Pieces of me.

What pieces of me could also be pieces of you?

  1. Interesting collection. Got me thinking...might do the same...

  2. I love this idea & might just be borrowing it... as an aside, love the coffee ser and the entry decoration. I really must do something to style mine.

  3. Love that glass star and how you decorate your entry way. Road trip, silver bangles, iced latte could also be pieces of me. #lovin'lifelinky

  4. The glass star is my favourite photo! Hard choice, though. I am loving this series of posts, Leanne.

  5. I'm a Big Bang Theory fan as well, but it's the flowers that caught my eye. I'm away at the moment but might buy an inexpensive bunch when I get back home.

  6. From the little snippets I've been seeing I think your new home is looking gorgeous! Love the coffee set that you inherited and your entry is looking great!

  7. Great to have a glimpse of more of Leanne. Now, I saw the plate with the tiny teardrop pattern in circles last time you did this, now I see more of the set. They are beautiful mandalas! I love them and somewhere locally here where I had coffee, I remember that plate so well. Nice one! Denyse

  8. I've been falling asleep to That 70s Show or Brooklyn 99 recently :)

  9. I love your glasses Leanne and what a great premise for posts. Seeing people in their usual setting is always interesting and it all looks fabulous!

  10. Such a sophisticated collection there. Very nice. Love it. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a great week.
